工作职责：
1.在线（Tel&Netmeeting）为最终用户提供现场IT服务与问题解决方案，并解决最终用户问题。所提供的服务包括：
（1）桌面PC/Laptop/PC Server
（2）Printer & Printer Server
（3）Switch/电话交换机
（4）传真机/UPS/Scanner
（5）常见应用系统
（6）Outlook Client
2.对于不能在线解决的问题，派发给相应的现场工程师解决，同时追踪。
职位要求：
1.Two years experience working in a MS Windows environment, Installation and configuring Windows OS
2.one years experience installing and supporting MS outlook environment
3.Networking knowledge
4.Ability to work independently yet maintain effectiveness as a team player
5.MCSE or related certificate
6.Nice and be willing to support and service to the customer
7.英文有一定的听说读写能力，善于与客户沟通，学习能力强
8.有在线技术支持经验者优先
